RATES AND FEES

Registration Fee

A one-time, non-refundable account activation fee of $25.00 per account is charged at initial registration.

Registration is handled at each Extended Day site during hours of operation.

Please bring your checkbook, as cash and credit cards are not accepted at the sites.

A registration packet is given for each child containing:

  • Emergency/Photo Release form – one per child
  • Please have 2-3 emergency contact numbers, your child’s doctor’s name, and telephone number.
  • Calendar/Contract – one per child
  • Extended Day Handbook/Brochure
  • Waivers (medical/activity)

A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PACKET PRIOR TO CHILD’S ATTENDANCE.

Ongoing

  • Parents contract, in advance, each month for the hours their child(ren) will attend.
  • Monthly calendar/contracts are available at each site.
  • Calendar/contracts are to be completed and are signed on site no later than the 20th day of each month.
  • Monthly payments are due upon receipt of the bill.

Hourly Rate

Billed on a quarter hour basis as follows:

Elementary School Programs:

  • $2.60 per hour, per child for contracted
  • $2.85 per hour/child for varied/flex

Middle School Program (The Hub):

  • $2.60 per hour/child for contracted and varied/flex

* Varied/Flex schedules are designed for families who do not know their schedule from week-to-week, e.g., substitute teachers, on-call nurses, firefighters, etc.

Late Fee

All children are expected to be picked up by 6:00 PM (site closing time).  If a child is picked up after 6:00 PM, for any reason, a $5.00/quarter hour, per child late fee will be billed.  There will be no warnings or exceptions.  If there are more than three late pick-ups, the late fee will increase to $10.00 per quarter hour, per child, and will remain at the increased rate indefinitely for all children on the account.

Continued late pick-ups may lead to dismissal from the program.

Minimum Hourly Requirement:

Traditional School Year/Elementary Programs

1 child - 20 hours per month

Each additional child – 10 hours per month

Traditional School Year/Middle School Program (The Hub)

1 child – 10 hours per month

Each additional child – 5 hours per month

Winter and Spring Recess and Summer

15 hours per week, per child

If a partial week exists within a month, the weekly minimum will be prorated accordingly.

 Staff Development Days

3 hours per day, per child

 

Additional hours used above the contracted hours will be billed the following month.

Through September 29, 2017, up to 20 hours/month additional will be billed at the contracted rate of $2.60/hour.  If additional hours used exceed the 20 hours/month, those excess hours will be billed at the varied/flex rate of $2.85/hour.

Beginning October 1, 2017, up to 10 hours/month additional will be billed at the contracted rate of $2.60/hour.  If additional hours used exceed the 10 hours/month, those excess hours will be billed at the varied/flex rate of $2.85/hour.

Unused hours cannot be credited, refunded, or switched to another day/time.
