Incoming TK students for the 25-26 school Year are not eligible to enroll for our summer 2025 program. Any applications for new TK students will be rejected.

Summer 2025 Information
All Summer applications are waitlisted until approved for service
Applications for service will be available on May 9, 2025 at 10:00 am.
All Center Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
El Dorado Hills Area/Rescue District: Lake Forest School: Room F4 - June 3 – June 27, 2025
Jackson School: Room D4 - June 30 - July 30, 2025
(please note: The Rescue District Ex Day Summer Program will move from Lake Forest to Jackson beginning June 30, 2025 due to construction projects on the Lake Forest campus)
Placerville Area: Indian Creek School: Room 14, June 2 – July 30, 2025
El Dorado Hills Area/Buckeye District: Silva Valley School: Room I3, June 5 – July 30, 2025
Swimming will be provided twice a week for all centers (starting week 2).
All Summer Centers Closed: June 19, 2025 and July 4, 2025
Program Policies
Cancellation Policy:
If you no longer need summer services with Extended Day, call our office at 530-295-2298. Our phone system will date, and time stamp all calls. Cancellation for either month must be made prior to the first day of that month. Cancellation for a particular week must be made prior to the start of that month.
There are no refunds for cancellations requested after the deadline.
Summer Rates
$200.00 per week per child / includes: snacks, materials, and activities. (Shorter weeks are prorated.)

Lake Forest site closed - Summer Program moves to Jackson as of June 30th

Families that do not have an existing account/New to Extended Day must use the Application Link found below. No payment is due at the time of application. If accepted, an account will be created in our new childcare management system and full payment is required immediately. Children will not be permitted to attend if full payment has not been made.
