*This is an application for service ONLY and not an enrollment for service. Application approval is required to begin attending any Extended Day program. If your application is not approved, your children will be automatically added to the waitlist. 

All outstanding balances must be paid in full to be approved for service. 

 ALL families must complete a new application regardless of past use. This includes all families that were part of any subsidy program such as Catalyst Community or The Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP)

 

 

 

 

Non-Refundable Application Fee: $30.00 - 1st child / $20.00 - each additional child will be billed to the account upon approval and due by the 10th of August 2025.

MULTI-CHILD DISCOUNT: First child billed at the full rate / each additional child will receive a 25% per month discount.
