APPLICATION INFORMATION
All 2026-2027 School Year applications are waitlisted until approved for service.
The Priority Application is available to those families that were actively attending a 25-26 school year extended day program as of April 1st 2026. If you miss the Priority Application window, you will lose your priority status and can apply during the general application window.
- Priority Application Opens: May 11th, 2026 at 2:00pm
- Priority Application Closes: May 22nd, 2026 at Noon
- Approval emails will be sent out no later than May 27th, 2026 by 5:00 PM
- General Application Opens: May 22nd, 2026 at 2:00pm
- General Application Closes: June 5th, 2026 at Noon
- Approval emails will be sent out no later than June 17th, 2026 by 5:00 PM
- If you miss the General Application window, a waitlist application will open on June 22nd, 2026 for selected centers. Extended Day Centers that are at capacity as of the approval dates will not have an open waitlist. Those families that apply for service during the application windows and are not offered a spot will automatically be placed on the waitlist.
To Apply
Families with an existing Extended Day Procare account must use that account to apply for the 2026-2027 School Year Program. Procare Connect Portal
Families that do not have an existing account/New to Extended Day must use the Application Link found on our website. If accepted, an account will be created in our childcare management system. When the General Application is available, a link for the application will be placed HERE.
Families participating in the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) or Catalyst Community (CAT) must complete an application for the 2026-2027 School Year Program. No payment is required for approved ELO-P or CAT participants. Participation in the ELO-P program does not automatically enroll your child for Extended Day.

Please note: Families with past due account balances will not be approved for service and will not be permitted to attend the 2026-2027 School Year Program.
2026-2027 School Year Program Cost
- Application Fee: $30.00 (1st child) and $20.00 (each additional child) – non-refundable if approved for service
- Monthly service rate: Click HERE for the 2026-2027 school year service rates
- Late Policy: If your child is picked up after the Center closing time, you will be charged $15.00 per child, per quarter hour (starting 3 minutes after closing time). Excessive late pick-ups may result in dismissal from the program.
- No payment is due at the time of application.
Attendance Policy
Attendance is required monthly, your student will be dropped from the program if they do not attend for 30 consecutive days.*
Refunds will not be issued if dropped for non-attendance.
Payment Information
Application Fee: The application fee will be applied to your account at the time of approval and is due immediately. This fee is non-refundable once you have been approved for service.
Monthly Tuition: Statements are available on the 1st of each month (beginning August 1st) with payment due by the 10th of each month. Failure to make payment by the first day of school will result in your student(s) being dropped from the program. If you are dropped from the program and still require service, you will need to reapply for services with the application placed at the end of the waitlist.*
NEW PROCEDURE: Beginning the month of September, services will be suspended if payment has not been made by the 15th of the month. Once payment has been made services will be reinstated, a credit will not be given to any missed days due to late payment. Failure to make payment by the 1st of the following month will result in your student(s) being dropped from the program.*
*Drop Policy: Extended Day will drop families that do not attend/pay to allow us to enroll families that are on the waitlist.
Statements: Statements can be found on the Connect Portal using your laptop, PC, or mobile device, or the Insite Parent App on your mobile device. Statements are not mailed.
Cancellation Policy
- Once approved for service, the application fee is due immediately and is not refundable.
- The cancellation deadline for the ALL 2026-2027 school year centers:
July 31st, 2026, by Noon.
- Cancellations from September through the end of the school year must be made prior to the 1st day of the service month to avoid the monthly tuition charge.
- Once cancelled, be advised that if extended day services are needed again you will need to reapply and will be placed at the bottom of the waitlist. (Please note that waitlists will only be open for select centers and placement is not guaranteed)
- To cancel you must call the Extended Day office at 530-295-2298.
- Our phone system accepts messages 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and all messages are date and time stamped.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline. Payment remains the family's responsibility, including Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) and Catalyst Community (CAT) families if cancellation procedures are not followed by the deadline.
