Incoming TK students for the 2026–27 school year and graduating 8th grade students are not eligible to enroll for our summer 2026 program. Any applications for these students will be rejected.

Application Information

All Summer applications are waitlisted until approved for service

Families with an existing Extended Day Procare account must use that account to apply for the 2026 Summer Program. Procare Connect Portal

Families that do not have an existing account/New to Extended Day must use the Application Link found on our website. If accepted, an account will be created in our childcare management system. New Family Summer Application

Summer Program Cost

• $225.00 per week per child (1st child) includes: snacks, materials, and activities with swimming and transport to the pool included. (Shorter weeks are prorated.)
• $200.00 per week for each additional child: includes: snacks, materials, and activities with swimming and transport to the pool included. (Shorter weeks are prorated.)
• $15.00 per child application fee – non-refundable if approved for service
•  No payment is due at the time of application. 

Families participating in the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) or Catalyst Community (CAT) must still complete an application for the Summer Program. No payment is required for approved ELOP or CAT participants at this time.

All Rescue District RISE program families MUST complete an application for the Summer Program. Participation in the RISE program does not automatically enroll your child for Extended Day.

Please note: Families with past due account balances will not be approved for service and will not be permitted to attend the 2026 Summer Program.

Payment Information

June tuition and the application fee are due no later than June 10, 2026.

July tuition is due no later than July 10, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

• The cancellation deadline for ALL summer centers:
  May 26, 2025, by Noon. This cancellation is for both June and July. There is no separate cancel date for July due to staffing being completed, supplies ordered, swim and transport paid for.
• To cancel you must call the Extended Day office at 530-295-2298. 
• Our phone system accepts messages 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and all messages are date and time stamped.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline. Payment remains the family's responsibility, including ELOP and Catalyst Community families if cancellation procedures are not followed by the deadline.
