• The cancellation deadline for ALL summer centers:
  May 26, 2025, by Noon. This cancellation is for both June and July. There is no separate cancellation date for July due to staffing being completed, supplies ordered, swim and transport paid for.
• To cancel you must call the Extended Day office at 530-295-2298.
• Our phone system accepts messages 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and all messages are date and time stamped.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline. Payment remains the family's responsibility, including ELOP and Catalyst Community families if cancellation procedures are not followed by the deadline.
