Spring Recess Application
Open to all children currently attending an Extended Day Program.
Enrollment Begins: March 5th, 2025 at 10:00am
Enrollment Ends: March 14th, 2025 at 4:00pm
*If you miss the application deadline, a waitlist will open up on March 19th, 2025.
Cost: $120.00
Pay By: April 10th, 2025 (Attendance will not be permitted if payment has not been made.)
Refund Policy: There will be no refunds for any unused days.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of service must be made no later than April 13th, 2025 at 11:59pm. You must call the Extended Day office at 530-295-2298 to notify us that you are no longer requesting service. Our office is equipped to take calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will date and time stamp all calls.
To complete application:
Log into your connect portal family.daycareworks.com
Click on the Registration Tab
Select “Spring Recess” under which you select a Program and complete a separate application for each child.
You will receive an email confirming your application was received.
Approval emails will be sent no later than 5:00 pm on March 18th, 2025. The email will be from no-reply@procaresoftware.com (be sure to check your junk and spam folders for this email).
